The Israeli-Arab Conflict
Yasser Arafat and his "Palestinian"
cohort are among the best liars in
the world. While telling Western press they want peace, Arafat and his
people tell Arabs of their vision of conquering Israel and creating (yet)
another Muslim state. This is the ultimate objective of Arafat:
"We Palestinians will take
over everything, including all of Jerusalem....All the rich Jews who will get
compensation will travel to America....We of the PLO will now concentrate all
our efforts on splitting Israel psychologically into two camps. Within five
years we will have six to seven million Arabs living in the West Bank and in
Jerusalem....You understand that we plan to eliminate the State of Israel and
establish a purely Palestinian State....I have no use for Jews; they are and
remain Jews. We now need all the help we can get from you in our battle for a
united Palestine under total Arab-Muslim domination!" - Yasser

Is it a wonder why Israelis are
so skeptical about making a "just and lasting peace" with the Yasser
Arafat, the "president" of the Palestinian authority? Having
signed the Oslo Accords, one would assume that Arafat is a man committed to
peace. However, he has shown that this is far from the case - he has
rejected peace proposals, he propagates hatred against Jews in his media and he
keeps his "Palestinian gunmen" well
armed and trained. Mr. Arafat has not only discussed his goals in closed
meetings, but he has enshrined these goals in the Constitution of the his Fateh
faction:

(12) Complete liberation of Palestine, and eradication of Zionist economic,
political, military and cultural existence.

(19) Armed struggle is a strategy and not a tactic, and the Palestinian Arab
People's armed revolution is a decisive factor in the liberation fight and in
uprooting the Zionist existence, and this struggle will not cease unless the
Zionist state is demolished and Palestine is completely liberated.
But that's not
it! Have you seen Yasser Arafat's goals, as per the PLO's
1974 Phased Plan? Never having been revoked, this Phased Plan calls
for declaration of independence on any land given over by Israel. The new independent
state would be used as a launching ground for attacks against Israel.

Of course, in this
situation, Israel is not innocent. The left-wing political parties in
Israel and organizations like "Peace Now" support Arab terror.

on their website, depicting their version of Palestine. You may be
surprised what you see. The map indicates the real Palestinian goals, but
since it was a little too provocative, it was taken down days after it went up.
